What is Dayko?
Dayko is a unified WorkOS — a single platform that replaces the disconnected SaaS tools most companies rely on. Instead of managing Salesforce, Jira, Slack, Notion, and a dozen more tools separately, Dayko provides all of these as native apps that share a single data layer. Everything talks to everything. No integrations needed.
When does Dayko launch?
Dayko opens to Founding Access members on July 1, 2026. Founding Access is limited to 200 companies and is hand-selected. Join the waitlist here.
What is Founding Access?
Founding Access is for the first 200 companies to join Dayko. Founding members receive a lifetime discount (40% off), direct access to the product team, free migration assistance, and early influence over what gets built first.
How do I create an account?
During Early Access, accounts are created by invitation only. Request access on our homepage. We review each application and send invitations in batches.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account:
- Log in to your Dayko workspace.
- Go to Settings → Account → Danger Zone.
- Click "Delete Account" and confirm.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Data → Export Workspace. You can export all your data in JSON and CSV formats. Alternatively, email privacy@dayko.ai to request a full data export.
What is Ray?
Ray is Dayko's AI agent. Unlike single-app AI assistants, Ray has visibility across every app in your workspace — your CRM, projects, HR data, finances, and more. You can ask Ray questions that span departments, and it reasons across your entire company context to answer.
Does Dayko use my data to train AI models?
No. We do not use your workspace content to train AI models without your explicit opt-in consent. Ray processes your data only to respond to your queries. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is Dayko secure?
Yes. Dayko uses TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access controls, and multi-factor authentication. We are working toward SOC 2 Type II certification. Each customer's data is fully isolated in its own tenant.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. New paid subscriptions have a 14-day money-back guarantee. After cancellation, your account stays accessible until the end of the paid period, then enters a 30-day grace period during which you can export your data.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email support@dayko.ai with a description of what happened, steps to reproduce, and screenshots if available. For security vulnerabilities, please email security@dayko.ai directly and do not post publicly.
