How do I get Early Access?
Join the wishlist on the homepage. We invite the founding cohort weekly. If you fit our launch profile (founder, executive, sales / BD leader, EA, or board member), you will hear from us within 48 hours.
What does Early Access include?
Founding cohort members get 6 months free, white-glove onboarding, a direct line to the product team, and the ability to influence the roadmap. We are limiting it to 50 teams.
Which platforms do you support?
iOS and Android at launch. A web companion follows for assistants and team admins.
Does Kindle work without internet?
Capture, recording, and transcription work fully offline. Sync, Whisper Brief, and the Research Agent need a connection.
Can my organisation deploy Kindle on our own infrastructure?
Yes. Enterprise plans run AI processing on your servers — Dayko has no read access. Contact partnerships@dayko.ai.
How do I cancel?
- App Store subscription → cancel through your Apple ID settings.
- Play Store subscription → cancel through your Google Play account.
- Direct (Stripe) subscription → Profile → Billing in the app.
3. Delete your data
You can delete any data inside Kindle at any time. Three options, in order of scope.
Delete a single item
Inside the app, swipe left on any contact, meeting, or transcript and tap Delete. Items go to a 30-day trash bin, then are permanently erased.
Erase all your content
Profile → Privacy → Erase All Content. This wipes your contacts, meetings, transcripts, and notes within 24 hours. Your account stays active.
Delete your entire account
Profile → Delete Account. Permanent within 24 hours. Encrypted backups containing your data are overwritten within 30 days.
If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@dayko.ai from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We process all requests within 30 days as required by GDPR and CCPA.
